Will callers know it's AI?+
It sounds natural and answers in your company's name. We set it up to be honest if a caller asks whether they're talking to a person. Most callers just want to know someone got their information and help is coming. Call (732) 285-6885 and judge for yourself.
Do I have to change my phone number?+
No. You keep your number. Calls you don't pick up (or all calls after hours, your choice) forward to your receptionist. We walk you through the forwarding setup, and it usually takes a few minutes.
What if it's a real emergency?+
You decide what counts as an emergency, like no heat, active leaks or burning smells. Those get texted to you right away with the caller's name, address and problem, and the caller is told someone will call them back.
What happens after the 30-day test?+
If you like it, it's $440 a month, month to month. If not, we turn it off, with no contract and no hard feelings. Founding-client spots (free setup + 30-day test) are limited to the first 3 local companies.
How long does setup take?+
Usually a few days. We need your business hours, service area, the services you offer, what counts as an emergency, and where you want alerts sent. You can test it yourself before any customer hears it.
